Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities
The Pennsylvania Sleep Society invites you to become a sponsor and/or exhibitor for our fourth annual meeting, to be held in Hershey, PA on Saturday, May 12, 2012.
Join us in Hershey for a full day of exciting presentations, as well as many networking opportunities with other sleep professionals. Our meetings are highly rated by participants and have grown year after year, with over 200 attendees expected in 2012. You won't want to miss it!
Benefits for Exhibitors
Exhibitors will get access and exposure to a wide variety of sleep medicine professionals. In addition, all exhibitors will have:
- Six-foot, skirted display table
- 2 chairs for representatives
- Electrical outlet available
- Access to wireless internet
- Company listing in program
- 50-word description in program
Benefits for Sponsors
The costs associated with hosting a meeting like this are insurmountable without the assistance of companies and organizations willing to invest in our group. In recognition, all sponsors will get:

Target Audience
Our meeting attracts a wide variety of participants, primarily from sleep labs across the state. Many of those in attendance are sleep techs, respiratory therapists, lab managers, sleep medicine doctors and dentists, and others in the field.

Becoming an Exhibitor
To become an exhibitor for this event, the cost will be a flat rate of $1,000. This gives access to 1 table, as well as all of the other benefits listed. Exhibitors who sign up on or before April 1 get a $200 discount.
Becoming a Sponsor
Commercial support is separate from becoming a vendor / exhibitor. Organizations may wish to become a sponsor in addition to (or instead of) becoming an exhibitor. Options for sponsorship include:
$3,000 - GOLD sponsor
$2,500 - SILVER sponsor
$1,500 - BRONZE sponsor
$500 - Sponsor lunch (10 spots)
$500 - Sponsor a break (6 spots)
$500 - Sponsor a speaker (6 spots)
NOTE: All levels of sponsorship (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Lunch, Break and Speaker), will constitute an Unrestricted Educational Grant and will require a signed letter of agreement between Penn State College of Medicine, the Pennsylvania Sleep Society, and the commercial company.
