You have reached this page if you just completed a membership application or renewal.
Before we can consider your application, you must first pay dues ($25). If you are a student, you can instead send us proof of enrollment in the form of a signed letter from the program director, as well as contact information (phone number and email) at which the program director may be reached. This can be sent via mail or email.
For your convenience, you can pay with a credit card using PayPal. When you click the button below, you will be taken to the PayPal site, where you can pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You do NOT need to be a member of PayPal to make this payment or sign up for anything. If you wish to pay by check, you can send payment to our mailing address. At this time, we cannot accept payment by phone.
